The lawyer for the plaintiff in the Braggs case will be visiting our clase via video conference call (and not through Second Life) tomorrow. I will report more after class.

Uber-hip attorney, Jason Archinaco, will be appearing in our classroom to have a conversation about the emerging area of law related to the notion of "virtual property rights," including the important implications of Bragg v. Linden, and how the case may begin to define the contours of the law.

We had technical problems, and so Jason will be talking about the Bragg litigation tomorrow (tuesday.) We will report more tomorrow.
