Ahh, I wanted to go to this, but honestly, there is no way I can justify the rather hefty admission prices. ($2500 for all three days). Only thing I don't like about running an indie developer is being unable to mooch off the massive, milk-laden corporate teat.

I'll be there as well, on a panel with JC Herz, Philip Rosedale of Linden, and Dennis "Thresh" Fong, about (what else) the future of online games, the current state of 'em, and so on.

Any chance this will be recorded and stuck on itconversations.com? That's how many of us peons get to (virtualy) hear the gospel..

I do know there will be a SLcast of the conference. There was already a big contract on the forums from LL for making avatars of the speakers.

You need a Second Life account/password to view it, but here's the forum announcement. That's gonna be great :-) Can you get admission to hear the Supernova conference stream in Second Life?

Hamlet Linden also has a recent post about Cory Doctorow getting similarly avatarized.

Supernova 2004 is up at IT Conversations here, so that bodes well.
