Accelerating Change 2005

I've just added a link to the Accelerating Change 2005 Conference. Terra Nova is shameless overwhelmingly delighted to accept the briefcase of unmarked, small denomination bills play the role of media sponsor. ("Look mom, I'm a media outlet/journalist!")

With keynotes from Vernor Vinge, Ray Kurzweil, Joi Ito, and others, it looks like it's gonna be a gas. (Now, if they can just resist having a blogging panel, my joy will be complete)

As someone that went to AC last year I can say that it was a total blast. In fact if you not been to Stanford it’s worth it just to visit the stunning campus and hang out under the trees. Plus it was good to meet the likes of Matt ‘long live text’ Mihaly and Brian (http://www.neardeathstudios.com/>Near Death Studio’s purveyors of the fine http://www.meridian59.com/>Meridian59) ‘Psychochild’ Green as well as many many others. I also got into a few fun arguments, which is the mark of a good conference if you ask me.

Erm do I get $1 if I mention McDonnalds too, or does that have to be in rap?

Now that we are media, for two years in a row, I wonder if we get into other conferences for free.
