Due to some technical difficulties the submission deadline for the Other Players conference has been extended to August 16. Papers should be submitted online (contact Miguel Sicart for any questions about the process). The conference is December 6-8 at the IT University of Copenhagen and is sure to be a good one so hope folks can make it!
So how do we know if the submissions we sent actually arrived safely and weren't eaten by the technical problems?

Hrm, good question Richard. I'll mention it to Jonas & Miguel (the organizers) and hopefully one of them can post a reply here.

Good question, indeed. The technical trouble concerned upload of the actual papers. Thus, the most common symptom was submitted abstracts (which happened on another page) without corresponding papers.
Whenever we have data suggesting that someone tried to post but wasn't successful - we will of course contact that person by e-mail.
Anyone who recieved a "Submission Received" e-mail did at least submit SOMETHING - and will be contacted in case of problems.
