This comes the same day I demo'd a software called "Journey to the Wild Divine". It is a meditaion training tool/game/experience/adventure using biofeedback.
It is pretty interesting. The biofeedback device is very responsive, so you can really see the impact you are having in the world. I did several puzzles and they were genuinely solvable by controlling breathing and heartbeat. The visuals and music make for a very immersive setting.
I am not sure how compelling a non-game virtual world is for long term use, but is certainly does what they claim for it. And it will eventually support multiplayer mode. Sent the recc. to games2train.
